Welcome! Our website is brand new and therefore we will be updating the site daily with new merchandise. If you saw something in our shop or at the decorators' showhouse that is not yet on the site please contact for more information.
Orders
Please allow two weeks for your item to be monogrammed. If you need something sooner please contact us and we will try to accomodate you. A few of our items are not personalized in our shop and may take an extra 5-10 business days.
An item may be out of stock and we will need to place a re-order. If this does happen you will be notified within 24 hours.
During the holidays orders may take three weeks to be monogrammed. If you need your order sooner please make a note in the comments and we will be sure to do so. We can fullfill other orders but a rush charge and expedited shipping charges will apply.
Shipping
Below is our shipping table for US shipments. We do not ship internationally on a regular basis but can accomodate you if you'd like to ship out of the US.

$25-$50 $10.95
$50-$100 $12.95
$100-$200 $14.95
Over $200 $16.95
FEDEX overnight is available upon request.
An additional charge for larger items may be added to your order. A note in the item description will indicate this charge.
Returns
Merchandise in purchase condition may be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit within two weeks of the ship daet. All paid merchandise will only be held for 90 days. Shipping and Handling Charges are not refundable. Please include a copy of your reciept with your return.
All monogrammed, seasonal, and sale items are final sale. Therefore please be sure to double check spelling and sizing before placing your order. Once you've placed your order changes may be made but can not be guaranteed. Please call or email us immediately.
